Planning Ideas Needed. =)

Hey team,
I just sort of got the free time in between classes or after school for the committee meetings.
For all 3 groups:
- Monday before 6
- Tues 12-1, and 4-6
- Wedn 1-5
- Thurs 1-2
- Fri 12-6
Sorry, New Media classes are tight ^^” I think the meetings don’t need to be long, mostly just 1 hour [...]

Some thoughts

Just thought about some stuff we need to settle:
- Catering: food, drink, cake, other finger food
- Location: need to visit the venue
- Team Meeting arrangement
- Equipment Rental (if needed)
- Transportation/Parking
- Website domain name, hosting services
- Name of this event
Too sleepy right now to think of anymore XD, update tomorrow probably.
