As many people don’t like either BCIT Downtown Campus or Radical, Jocelyn offered to ask her boss in Vancouver Art Gallery: how much is the fee and how early we can go to do setup.
Meanwhile, since nothing has been decided yet, I think we still need to find couple other venues. Let me know if you have any suggestions. =)

Nicky, how many people are going to attend? if we want to talk to other companies the first thing they ask is how many are going to attend, how long does it take, what is the date and what do we need them to provide?

Have worked events at the gallery in the past. Load in shouldn’t be a problem…

Art Gallery is a little way too expensive, but I got the quote, and will present to the department.
