Committees:
- marketing committee (doorprizes, posters)
- Invitation committee(e-mail) (this committee should be responsible for creating an e-mail reminder as well as the distribution of who to send it to)
- Mailing List committee (we have a mailinglist of about 800 companies but it will be the responsibility of this group to ensure this is accurate)
- Invitation Print Committee (this will be the group who will design the print invitation)
- Invitation Website committee (this group will design and create the website – working with the print committee and e-mail committee to ensure consistency)
- Layout/Set up committee (this group will participate in creating a floorplan and table layout etc)
If wanting to go to Radical to see the layout, please email Russell or let Nicky know. The time will be next week.
Print and Website committees will meet up first.
