Possible Location: (No specific budget, others can be added)
1. Radical Entertainment
- Might be difficult to transport equipment for setup (elevator)
2. BCIT Downtown Campus
- Catering will already be set
- Different rooms may be possible, easier parking and located in Downtown (easier for guests to come after work)
3. Round House
- Terri will contact them again before next meeting
4. SFU Downtown campus
Things need to consider when choosing a venue:
- Parking
- Set up
- Internet (some might want to go online, or everyone has portfolio site in computer)
- Audio / Visual equipment
- Cables can be used to connect our computers
Catering:
- No specific budget
- Pop, ice, cake, snack
Equipment:
- Mostly arrange by students
Sponsors:
- Students are responsible on this.
Committees can be formed (will be finalized by Terri before next meeting):
- Invitation
- Marketing
- Website
- Layout
Students need to form committees, and choose a lead from each committee before next meeting.
